I love watching Chef Gordon Ramsey on Kitchen Nightmares and Hell's Kitchen. I like his attitude. I like watching the restaurant staff's reaction to his pointed criticism of them, the food they cook, etc. I just watched an episode last night and I can't wait for the next one next week. In next week's episode, the restaurant he's coming to the rescue of has staff working there that are straight out the 'hood. I mean, an old guy is stealing bottles of liquor, the cook has an I don't care, fuck you attitude, this is going to be real exciting. I like Kitchen Nightmares more than I like Hell's Kitchen. In the latter show, someone who doesn't do good enough gets voted off. But on Nightmares, Chef Ramsey endures headaches and vomiting from ill prepared meals only to rescue the establishment from the brink of uncertainty in the end. I think he is real sexy. It's too bad he's married. What would he have to do with an overweight chick like me?

Ya know...I get down on myself about weight too but seriously, there are lots of guys out there that appreciate a woman with a lil meat on her bones. That's the kind to look for[HEART]

oh really? I think they all want skinny bitches...and I'm not proud of the way I am because I used to be a size 2...nothing I do now-NOTHING-can make me skinny again. It's a real good thing that I believe in cosmetic surgery...[WINK]

Obviously Chef Ramsey is not for the faint hearted. I have seen him go enormously RUDE at some contestants at Hells Kitchen, but at the end, they all realize, in a highly tensed environment, emotions can't rule, they, the Chef, has to be always focused and quick to respond to situations!
